Water to rooms shut off one day, elevators didn't work one day. They updated the pool and added landscaping but that's it. It's the (very) old Isle of Capri, no updates especially to rooms. Way too many better casinos in Biloxi where I won’t be treated like I’m trash. We will never spend a dime at that casino again. I haven’t received a refund for the $223 and our night away was ruined, so we ended up gong home. She stated it was refunded and she was not giving me a receipt. I stood there for 1/2 hour waiting for an email and never received it. She said she sent me an email, which I never received. I asked for a printed receipt saying it was being refunded but they claimed the printer was down. She said we could leave and she would refund our money. They offered to switch us to a standard room and we said no because we reserved a terrace room, which the manager stated we did not, even though we did. We went to dinner and then the pool, came back and the smell had lingered into our room. Then we went up to our room and the hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana. The manager checked us in and was very rude. We reserved a terrace room and had nothing but issues from the moment we arrived. After being cooped up with 2 kids for 2 1/2 months, my husband and I really needed a getaway.
